Ramp up your workout

It is early January and many of my class participants are looking for new ways to challenge their fitness goals. A great way to monitor your fitness progress is using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). By tracking your progress with a HRM, you can get the most out of your workout. The proof is available for you, immediately. A HRM also helps take the guess-work out of your performance.
