This week...
Well, this week I started a new position teaching Spintensity at CCV. It has the potential to be a great class. There is a fixed group of faithfuls. I hope they are willing to take the journey with me.
On Monday, I got my CXWORX training kit. The first time I watched the master class, I wonder why I chose to do this. It is Thursday and I am confident in at least of 4 of the 6 tracks that I am responsible for at training. I am such a geek, I had to count out each sound and analyze each move. I am not a dancer, so choreography is not my strong suit. I hope I can do this release justice and can instruct a class through it.

New Year, New You
This week I took the lead from Jennifer Sage and created a "New Year's Revolution Ride." http://www.indoorcyclingassociation.com/
This profile was well received!
As you can see, I am starting the journey of becoming a Spotify user. Getting to know and utilize this program is one of my goals for this year.
Ramp up your workout
It is early January and many of my class participants are looking for new ways to challenge their fitness goals. A great way to monitor your fitness progress is using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). By tracking your progress with a HRM, you can get the most out of your workout. The proof is available for you, immediately. A HRM also helps take the guess-work out of your performance.
